Will there be delays in the deliveries? 

Unfortunately, with the current strict protocols being set by the government and the lockdown initiatives, there will be a slight delay in our deliveries. Can I exchange or return my items purchased online at any Dropkick store?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of online purchases at any of our Dropkick retail stores. To return your online purchases, please contact Customer Service.

Can I place an order via a phone call?

Sorry, we do not take orders via phone call.


Do I need to register to place an order?

You don’t have to, as you can complete your order as a guest. However, by creating an account with Dropkick all your details will be saved and that will make your purchases easier, quicker and you’ll see more communication relevant to your style and tastes. By using your login username and password, you don't need to enter your address and other information every time you decide to purchase from us, which will save you plenty of time. Your wish list will also store all the items, which were added to help you manage your shopping.


How long until I receive my order?

An order placed online could take from 4 to 7 days.


How do I find the right size?

To find your right size, please click on the "Size Guide" featured on your chosen product page, or for further assistance, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at 800-Dropkick in UAE between the office hours of 08:30am and 05:30pm (GMT+4), Saturday to Thursday.


Can I cancel my order?

After you have placed an order with Dropkick, you will receive an order acknowledgement receipt mentioning the exact details of your order, along with the payment reference and total value of the order that will be debited from your credit card.

Please note that this is not an order confirmation from Dropkick. At this stage your order may be cancelled by contacting our Customer Care team. You can cancel your order up until the point where you receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified by you.

You will then receive an email from Dropkick notifying you that we have dispatched the items and they have been sent to the address specified by you. At this stage, your order cannot be cancelled.


Can I send an item as a gift?

You cannot send an item as a gift, but we are currently working hard to make this happen for you in the very near future.



What are the payment methods accepted by Dropkick?

At our online store, payment can be made using the following methods: MasterCard, Visa and Cash On Delivery is available for all UAE and KSA orders.


How much will shipping, duties and taxes cost me?
